The ELT-29 is a corner mount elevator security camera that features a fixed 2.9mm wide angle lens and infrared night vision capability. The Sony 1/3" 520K Super HAD CCD II image sensor supports 700 TV lines of resolution (960H CCTV Widescreen Resolution). The wide angle lens allows the camera to cover 100% of a small square space, such as an elevator or small room.
The 24 infrared LEDs of the ELT-29 fully illuminate a small room or elevator in low or zero light conditions. An IP66 waterproof housing protects the vital components of the camera from harsh weather and allows it to be used in indoor or outdoor surveillance applications. The front of the camera is crafted from metal to withstand direct impact and acts of vandalism.
Digital WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) provides clear vivid images in environments with strong back-lighting. The 3D DNR (Digital Noise Reduction) feature enhances the image quality by reducing graininess. This camera is ideal for elevators, small rooms or exterior covered door entrances.

This video demonstrates the normal light and low light video surveillance capability of the ELT-29. The room where the camera is installed is 9.5 feet wide by 11.5 feet deep. The camera is mounted 9 feet high. The video also explains how to use the optional wireless CCTV transmission system.

CCTV Camera Pros mounted the ELT-29 in the corner of one of our small office rooms. Although we did this mainly to test the wide angle view of the camera lens to make sure there are no blind small spots in small elevators, we found that the camera looks quite nice when used as a corner mount in non-elevator surveillance applications.
Here is the location that we mounted it. This office is 9.5 feet by 11.5 feet.
Here are some snapshots that we captured using that camera. Notice how wide the angle of view is. There are no blind spots in the entire room (even right below the camera).

All of the lights are turned off in the office and the blinds were shut when we captured this image. The light coming through the blinds is much dimmer than it appears through the camera. The cameras infrared LEDs and night mode intensify even the slightest amount of ambient light. This camera will work in zero light.
