Easy to Use Interface
The graphical user interface on all iDVR-PRO models is super easy to use. Users can navigate the menu system and settings using the USB mouse that is included with all iDVR-PROs. Watch the below video to see how easy this DVR is to use.

NEW! The iDVR-PRO now has a native iPhone app to view live surveillance video. Previously, users accessed the iDVR-PRO via Safari web browser. CCTV Camera Pros highly recommends using the native iPhone app that is now available for download for free from the app store. iDVR-PRO DVRs include a Mac DVR viewer software application. The Mac software allows users to view up to 36 cameras on one screen and in addition to live remote viewing, the Macintosh application also supports recorded video search and playback. Users can create groups of DVRs so that cameras from more than one location can be monitored on a single screen.
Please note that we no longer recommend using a web browser to access your security cameras from Macintosh PCs. The Mac software that is included supported HD video and many other features that web browsers can not support. You can learn more about the

The new DVR viewer app for Android supports live remote viewing and recorded video search and playback. The app can be used to access the iDVR-PRO on WIFI / 3G / 4G / LTE internet connections. The Android app works with phone and tablet Android devices. Users can view the CCTV cameras that are connected to an iDVR-PRO DVR in single, four, eight, nine, and sixteen camera grid views.

HD Video Resolution
The latest iDVR-PRO CMS software version supports 720p and 1080p video resolution for AHD and HD-TVI cameras. When users view these types of HD security cameras in single camera view, the CMS software automatically adjusts the viewing resolution to the maximum that the camera supports.

Most cable and DSL Internet connections use a dynamic IP address. This can present a challenge for remotely accessing your DVR to check on your cameras. All iDVR-PRO surveillance DVRs have built in dynamic DNS support. This means that your DVR will be assigned a host name such as mydvr.ddns.com for you to use for remote access. So, if your ISP changes your IP address, the configuration for your desktop and mobile apps do not need to change because your assigned hostname will always be updated to point to the correct IP address of your Internet gateway.
