Settings Not Saving | iDVR-PRO Windows CMS

The Windows software for iDVR-PRO video surveillance DVRs sometimes will not save the user settings after closing out the program. If you are experiencing this problem, please follow the instructions below.

1. First, try running the software as an administrator. To do so, right-click on the iDVR-PRO CMS icon and select " Run as Administrator." (Shown Below). If this does not help, please proceed to step 2.

2. To resolve the problem, please start by uninstalling the iDVR-PRO CMS software. Now when installing the software, instead of installing it in the default path, install it directly on the C:/ drive without going into the Program Files folder. (Shown Below).
