Spotlight / IR Night Vision Modes
These are the three light models supported by Viewtron spotlight cameras.
- IR Night Vision Mode: The spotlight is disabled. The camera records video in black and white when light levels are low.
- Spotlight Camera Mode: The IR night vision is disabled. The spotlight turns on when light levels are low.
- Dual LED / Smart Supplemental Light Mode: IR night vision is enabled when light levels are low. When a human and / or vehicle is detected intruding, the spotlight turns on and the infrared mode is disabled. The camera records in color when the spotlight is on.

Watch this video to see how easy it is to install Viewtron bullet camera with their tri-axis ball and socket joint style mount. Simply loosen the set ring at the base of the camera to point the camera lens in any direction. When you are done adjusting the angle, tighten the set ring. The camera is very sturdy and the set position will not move. All Viewtron bullet cameras have this type of mount except for the
LPR camera, which uses set screws.
