iDVR-RT16 Surveillance DVR Password Reset Instructions

The iDVR-RT16 Surveillance DVR's password can be easily reset by following the instructions featured below.

Password Reset Instructions

Please follow the instructions below to reset the password on the iDVR-RT16 surveillance DVR.

1. On the front of the iDVR-RT16, open the flap that covers the controls and DVD burner. Locate the UP and Down buttons.

2. Now press and hold the UP and Down buttons until the phrase "Admin Password Initialized" appears on the screen. (Usually takes between 10 - 20 seconds).

3. Your password should now be set to the default of six zeros "000000".
