CCTV camera pros are my go to guys for technical support and tools for HD-CCTV cameras. The DVRs, cameras, and multiplexers are high quality and very durable.
I have also found their online library of manuals and videos very useful for comparing equipment and troubleshooting.

I had an application in mind but didn't know enough about how to accomplish what I wanted. So I saw an ad from CCTV Camera Pros and called them and spoke with Mike. I told him what I wanted to do and since it wasn't in his swim lane he listened and made a recommendation to try the HDMI-U3. Mike told me I could try it and if it didn't work, I could send it back for a full refund. I received the unit from CCTV, tried it, and unfortunately it didn't work for my application. So I sent it back and got a prompt refund. I was really impressed with CCTV Camera Pros!!

I run the video and audio in a small church. With the help of the sales expert who recommended there video capture card I solve my problem to be able to live stream. The card works with no lag and is able to bring both the video and audio into OBS from the video camera. Thanks for the technical help and recommending a very good product.

I was skeptical that this would work as simply as I was told (without installing any software drivers, etc). However, I was able to connect it to my Macbook using the Thunderbolt adapter and Mac OS recognized it just like that. It converter device was immediately available as a video source in the OBS software and I was able to setup a live stream in no time. Highly recommended!
