The Vivotek IP8365EH Outdoor IR Bullet Camera features recording of 1920 x 1080 (2 Megapixel) at a full 30 frames per second. The Vivotek IP8365EH Outdoor IR Bullet Camera features a 1/2.8", 2 Megapixel CMOS image sensor and a 3 - 9mm varifocal lens.

The P-Iris lens maintains optimum iris opening by using a software controlled stepping motor that automatically adjust the lens, resulting in superior sharpness, depth of field and image quality. Also featured is the Smart Focus System, which uses an onscreen display to assist the installer with the lens focus adjustment. 3D Noise Reduction Technology reduces the image sensor noise and helps to free up valuable bandwidth.

The IP67 outdoor rated housing protects the vital components of the camera from harsh weather conditions to ensure reliable recording. This camera also features a specialized mounting bracket that conceals and protects the cable from being cut or tampered with.

For use in low light environments, the IP8365EH has built-in Infrared LEDs with an effective illumination range of up to 30 meters / 90 feet . Without the use of the Infrared LEDs, the IP8365EH has a Color Lux rating of 0.11 and a Black & White Lux rating of 0.001.

A Removable IR Cut Filter blocks the unusable infrared lighting, which can potentially distort the image and only allows the visible light to pass through, further enhancing the image quality.

WDR Pro Enhancement helps to produce high quality images in environments with challenging lighting conditions such as dark or bright back lighting. It works by combining the brightest part of the image with the darkest to create one highly detailed image.

The Vivotek IP8365EH features an SD / SDHC / SDXC card slot to record video clips and snapshots at a local level. The camera can be powered by either 12V-DC, 24V-AC or POE 802.3af, allowing for both power and data to be run over one Cat-5e cable.
