The BPRO-OL952 is a bullet security camera that supports AHD, HD-TVI, HDCVI, and analog CCTV video surveillance modes. In AHD, HD-TVI, and HDCVI video modes, this surveillance camera captures 1080p / 2 megapixel high resolution video. In analog CCTV mode, it captures 960H (960 x 480 pixel) video. The video modes are easily switched by the installer using the
OSD joystick that is attached to the video cable.
This bullet CCTV camera has a 3.6mm lens which gives users a wide angle of view (approximately 90 degrees). The 3.6mm lens is a s-mount lens / board lens. The lipstick style housing is IP66 weatherproof rated which means that you can use this camera for indoor and outdoor installations.
Because of this camera's ultra-small size and shape, it is sometimes referred to as a lipstick camera. This camera has an OSD (on-screen display) that can be accessed using the included joystick. This camera is typically connected to a

Camera Specification
The following video demonstrates the 2 megapixel / 1080p video resolution of the BPRO-OL952 using it's AHD video mode. The picture quality is comparable in HD-TVI and HDCVI video modes. The resolution is lower when it runs in analog mode.
The following snapshot pictures were taken using the BIPRO-OL952 bullet camera at CCTV Camera Pros headquarters in West Palm Beach, Florida. This particular office is 13 x 20 feet in size. All of the camera's settings are set to factory default for this image.
To capture this image, the camera was connected to an

Ultra Small Size Bullet
The OL952 bullet CCTV camera is very small in size. It bullet body of the camera measures just 2.25 inches long and the diameter is 3/4 of an inch.
Installers can easily select the video mode using the small joystick that is attached to the camera's video cable. Simply hold the joystick in any direction for 5 seconds to switch to that video mode.
Advanced On Screen Display Controls
A big advantage that this bullet camera has over other CCTV cameras is the advanced on-screen display that installers can use to set up the camera just right for the specific environment it is being set up in. Below is a picture that shows how the joystick / controller is connected inline with the camera cable. Installers use this to access the OSD menu.
Vari-focal Bullet Camera
CCTV Camera Pros also supplies this bullet CCTV camera with vari-focal lens. The HD-BL8 has a 3.5mm to 16mm varifocal lens that can be adjusted using the twist-rings on the camera body. This allows installers to adjust the field of view between an 82 to 16-degree field of view.
An optional
BNC to HDMI converter can be ordered with this camera. The converter allows you to connect your security camera to a TV via the HDMI input of your TV. In addition to the BNC video input on the converter, there is also a BNC loop output so that you can connect the camera to a security camera DVR in addition to a TV / monitor. The BNC loop output is optional to use.
This device can be used solely as a way to connect your security camera to a TV for a live view only or you can also use the BNC output to also connect the camera's video to a second device, such as a DVR for recording video surveillance footage. You can see this in the above installation diagram.
