The Geovision GV-PPTZ7300 is a panoramic IP PTZ camera that features a 2-megapixel speed dome lens and a 5-megapixel Fisheye lens. The use of multiple lenses allows the user to capture a
360-degree aerial view in addition to a more zoomed view, with up to 12x optical zoom simultaneously (
Video Demo).
The Fisheye lens features a 1/2.5" CMOS image sensor and the speed dome lens features a 1/2.86" CMOS image sensor. This camera records in two resolutions,
1920 x 1080 at 30 frames per second for the
speed dome, and
2560 x 1920 at 10 frames per second for the
Fisheye.
This pan tilt zoom camera can pan up to 355° and tilt from -15° ~ 195° to provide a wide range of surveillance coverage. The
IP67 / IK10 rated housing on the camera allows it to withstand dust, harsh weather conditions, humidity and acts of vandalism. For low light environments, the GV-PPTZ7300 has a
color lux rating of 0.15 and a
black and white lux rating of 0.10, allowing it to maintain a clear image with minimal lighting.
The
WDR Enhancement Pro feature is especially useful in environments with lighting variances. It works by combining the brightest part of the image with the darkest part to create one highly detailed image. Further enhancing the image quality is the
IR Cut Filter, which blocks any unusable lighting and only allows the visible light to pass through.
The Geovision GV-PPTZ7300 can have up to
255 preset viewing positions that can be set to run on a timed schedule with an accuracy of 0.2°. This camera can be powered by the
included 24V-AC power supply or by
POE++ (
Sold separately, listed as an option above), allowing both data and power to be run over one Cat-5E cable.
