The Geovision GV-MFD520 5 Megapixel IP Camera can support up to
10 frames per second at a video resolution of 2560 x 1920. The Geovision 5 Megapixel IP Camera features a fixed 2.54mm megapixel lens along with a 1/2.5" progressive scan CMOS image sensor.
Users can record locally on the camera using the
Micro SD / SDHC card slot instead of recording over a network. A built-in microphone enables the GV-MFD520 to monitor and record audio in addition to video.
This camera can be powered by either 12V-DC locally or by
POE over a Cat-5 Ethernet cable. The GV-MFD520 can be accessed through the 31 language web interface as well as through iPhone, iPad, Android and 3GPP mobile devices. A few more features include motion detection, tampering alarm and a privacy mask.

Remote Viewing Support
Geovision includes many options to view your cameras remotely over a local network and also remotely over the Internet. Remote viewing is supported by both Windows and Mac based PCs. Geovision also includes support to view cameras from cell phones and other mobile devices including: iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Android, Blackberry, Windows Mobile, Symbian, and other 3G / 3GPP cell phones. Geovision provides free apps for all of these types of devices. PoE for IP Camera
This IP camera is PoE (power over Ethernet) compliant which allows the installer to run a single CAT-5e cable to provide both power and data connectivity to the camera. CCTV Camera Pros supplies the following PoE injectors and PoE network switches which are compatible with this camera.
