The Geovision GV-BX1300-2F features a 12mm fixed lens and a 1.3 Megapixel, 1/3" progressive scan CMOS image sensor. The GV-BX1300-2F has a recording resolution of 1280 x 1024 at up to 30 frames per second.
To provide great low light visibility this camera has a color lux rating of 0.15 and a B/W lux rating of 0.10. The Removable IR Cut Filter allows for the use of an external infrared illuminator in totally dark environments. The WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) feature enhances the image quality by taking the brightest part of the image and combining it with the darkest part to create one highly detailed and balanced image.
This camera can be powered by either the included 12V-DC power adapter or by POE (Power over Ethernet) 802.3af. The POE option allows the user to run both video and power over one cable. A built-in Micro SD / SDHC / SDXC card slot enables local recording of video clips and snapshots (Class 6 and above card recommended by Geovision). A mini USB port on the back of the camera accepts the optional wireless adapter.
The GV-BX1300-2F includes a 32 channel central management software with a multitude of features and is remotely viewable from PC's, iPhone, iPad, Android and 3GPP mobile devices.

Remote Viewing Support
Geovision includes many options to view your cameras remotely over a local network and also remotely over the Internet. Remote viewing is supported by both Windows and Mac based PCs.
Geovision also includes support to view cameras from cell phones and other mobile devices including: iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Android, Blackberry, Windows Mobile, Symbian, and other 3G / 3GPP cell phones. Geovision provides free apps for all of these types of devices.

PoE for IP Camera
This IP camera is PoE (power over Ethernet) compliant which allows the installer to run a single CAT-5e cable to provide both power and data connectivity to the camera. CCTV Camera Pros supplies the following PoE injectors and PoE network switches which are compatible with this camera.
