IP Security Camera Cloud Software | SAT Viewer
 The SAT Viewer is a cloud based IP security camera software package that allows users to view live video from Zavio IP cameras remotely over the Internet using any Java compatible web browser. Because this software works through a web browser and uses Java, it is compatible with Mac and Windows computers. The SAT viewer is currently compatible with these IP cameras. Users can also search and playback recorded surveillance video footage that has been recorded to camera's SD cards and/or video backed up to the cloud via a Google Drive account. Free mobile apps for iPhone, iPad, and Android are available. The mobile apps enable users to view live video, playback recorded video, and receive push notification alerts on their mobile devices.
 Mac Compatible IP Camera SolutionMac users will be happy to know that using Zavio IP cameras with the SAT Viewer enables a 100% Mac compatible IP camera solution. Because the SAT Viewer is cloud based and can be accessed using any Java compatible web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari all work), the user experience is the same whether you are using a Macintosh or Windows based PC. Camera owners can access live video and playback recorded video on Mac and Windows.
 Surveillance Video Cloud BackupSAT Viewer is integrated with Google Drive to enable cloud storage / backup for surveillance video. The SAT Viewer software can be enabled to automatically back-up video footage that is recorded to a camera's SD card to a Google Drive account. The backup occurs almost immediately after the video has been recorded to the SD card. Actual backup speed depends on the upload speed of Internet connection at the location of the IP camera.
 FREE Mobile AppsSAT Viewer Pro is a mobile app available for iOS and Android devices (cell phones and tablets). The SAT Viewer app lets users perform all major software function from iPhone, iPad, and Android mobile devices from remotely over the Internet or on the local area network of their camera(s). Users can view their cameras live, playback recorded video from SD card, playback video from the cloud, and receive push notifications when an alarm is triggered by the camera.
 Push Notification Alerts
The SAT Viewer app also lets users turn on push notifications. When push notification is enabled and the camera is configured to record on some type of alert (such as motion detection or audio detection), the user will received a push message on their device.  Remote Video Playback
User can playback recorded video from the SAT Viewer in any Java enabled web browser. Video search and playback works on Mac and Windows PCs. In addition, users can also remotely playback video footage using the iOS and Android mobile apps. Both the desktop and mobile applications let users playback video that has been recorded locally on the camera's SD card and also video that has been backed up to the cloud via Google Drive.
The Google Drive service currently gives users 15GB of free storage.
 No Port Forwarding or Network Setup
Zavio IP cameras and the SAT Viewer cloud software enable a true plug and play setup for users. A typical IP camera setup requires port forwarding and sometimes dynamic DNS service setup. When Zavio IP cameras are used with SAT viewer software, the networking setup is completely automated, so no manual port forwarding or DDNS setup in your router is required.
Users simple connect their IP camera to their network and a power source, register for a SAT Viewer account online, register the camera with the SAT Viewer account, and they are ready to view cameras onsite and/or remotely over the Internet. Each Zavio camera comes with an activation code inside the box to register with SAT viewer.
