IP Camera with Alarm Input, Alarm Output
This page contains the Viewtron IP cameras with alarm input and alarm output ports. This allows you to connect external burglar alarm and home automation devices with the alarm input / output with your IP camera.
You can connect alarm devices such as a
magnetic door sensor or a PIR motion detector to the IP camera alarm input. The alarm input can trigger video surveillance recording, snapshot image capture, alarm output. If you are using one of the Viewtron active deterrent alarm cameras, you can also trigger an audio warning messages or siren and turn on the built-in flashing light. This is a great feature that allows installers to integrate network IP cameras with burglar alarms and home automation systems.
