Low Lux Network Box Camera

The Geovision GV-BX5700-3V is a low lux network box camera capable of recording in 2592 x 1944 video resolution at up to 30 frames per second. The GV-BX5700-3V has a 3.6 ~ 10mm Varifocal Lens and a 1/1.8" progressive scan CMOS image sensor. A built in microphone allows for audio monitoring and recording.

The WDR Enhancement feature creates a clearer image by combining the brightest part of the image with the darkest part. The balances out the image and provides the best possible clarity. This is especially useful in environments with bright entrance-ways or dim hallways.

The Removable IR Cut Filter allows the GV-BX5700-3V to be used with an external IR illuminator. It works by blocking all of the unusable lighting and only allowing the visible light to pass through. Further enhancing the low light image quality.

This camera can be powered by either 12V-DC or POE 802.3af, allowing both power and data to be run over a single Cat-5E cable. The H.265 video compression enables more efficient recording and reduces the amount of storage and bandwidth needed by up to 80% over H.264.

A Micro SD / SDHC / SDXC Card Slot allows for local recording rather than over the network. This camera can be remotely access from Windows, Mac, iPhone / iPad, and Android mobile devices. Like all Geovision cameras, a software license is included for recording and camera management.
