Geovision Surveillance DVR Video Search & Playback

The Geovision Surveillance DVR's feature the ability to playback recorded video through the GV-System interface. Users are able to view their recorded video based on a specific date and time. Another feature of the Geovision playback is the ability to playback recorded audio as well.

Video Search & Playback

The instructions below explain how to search for and playback recorded video on a Geovision Surveillance DVR.

1. Make sure the GV-System is open and running. Click the

button on the main screen.

2. Now select the camera that you wish to view.

3. Then select a date folder from the date tree.

4. Choose a time from the Video Events list.

5. Now click the

button to begin the video playback. (Steps 2 - 5 Shown Below)

6. If you have recorded audio and would like to play it back, select the Audio On / Off button as shown below. The recorded audio will playback along with your recorded video.
