Description

The GeoVision GV-EBD2704 is an outdoor, network camera equipped with an automatic IR‐cut filter and an IR LED for day and night surveillance. The camera adheres to IP67 standards. The camera supports H.265 video codec to achieve better compression ratio while maintaining high quality pictures at reduced network bandwidths. With its WDR Pro, it can process scenes with contrasting intensity of lights and produce clear image.

32 Channel GeoVision Software

Each Geovision camera includes a free 32 channel software license which can be used with any Geovision IP camera. Install the software on a Windows computer and create a PC based surveillance DVR / NVR for your Geovision cameras. Click here to view the latest Geovision software specification.

Remote Viewing Support

Geovision includes many options to view your cameras remotely over a local network and also remotely over the Internet. Remote viewing is supported by both Windows and Mac based PCs.

Geovision also includes support to view cameras from cell phones and other mobile devices including: iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Android, Blackberry, Windows Mobile, Symbian, and other 3G / 3GPP cell phones. Geovision provides free apps for all of these types of devices.

PoE for IP Camera

This IP camera is PoE (power over Ethernet) compliant which allows the installer to run a single CAT-5e cable to provide both power and data connectivity to the camera. CCTV Camera Pros supplies the following PoE injectors and PoE network switches which are compatible with this camera.
