The POE-BT1 is single port PoE++ injector / 802.3bt PoE injector capable of powering PoE devices up to 90 Watts. This PoE++ injector is backward compatible with PoE+ and PoE devices. It works with PoE IP cameras and other devices compliant with IEEE 802.3af, 802.3at, and 802.3bt PoE standards. The POE-BT1 supports Gigabit Ethernet data speeds up to 1000Mbps / 100Mbps / 10Mbps. The POE-BT1 requires no configuration and automatically detects network device speeds and power requirements. Because the POE-BT1 works with all PoE standards, it will work with any IP camera or other network device that requires power over Ethernet up to 90 watts. Check the specification of your product. If it is compatible with 802.3af, 802.3at, or 802.bt PoE standard, it can be powered by this device. Cat5e or CAT6 network cable can be run up to 300 feet with the power injected from this device.
The POE-BT1 has a standard RJ-45 network data input and an RJ-45 PoE output. The POE-BT1 is connected in-line via network cable with a network router or switch. The POE-BT1 "injects" power into the incoming non-PoE Ethernet connection and outputs a PoE++ Ethernet connection, which can supply up to 90 watts of power to a PoE compliant device, such as an IP camera, wireless access point, telephone network, or industrial network terminals.

PoE++ Injector Network Diagram
The below diagram illustrates how the POE-BT1 is connected to a network router or switch, injects power into the Ethernet connection, then connects to a PoE compatible IP camera.
CCTV Camera Pros supplies the POE-BT1 with this
auto-tracking IP PTZ camera. You can see in the above image that the PoE injector can plug directly into one of the built-in PoE ports on the Viewtron IP camera NVR.
