The 4K-BL9 is a 4K bullet security camera that supports 8MP resolution in AHD, HD-TVI and HD-CVI video formats. For customers that are currently using a legacy analog CCTV DVR, this camera also supports analog CCTV mode (CVBS) at 960H resolution (960 x 480). The video format can easily be switched using the
video mode selector button.
The analog CCTV mode is typically used by customers who need an analog camera now but plan on upgrading to a 4K DVR in the future. The video mode is selected via the camera's menu system, however, it is important that CCTV Camera Pros set the camera's video mode for you before we ship the camera so that you will be able to see the video and menu system. Customers can select the default video format that they prefer when adding this product to their shopping cart.
The infrared LEDs that are built-on provide up to 30 meters or 95 feet of IR night vision. Check out these

This 4K camera is enclosed in an IP67 rated weatherproof housing so that it can be used for indoor or outdoor security camera installations. The above image shows the dimensions of the 4K-BL9 in millimeters. For reference 217.7mm = 8.57 inches. 80.5mm = 3.17 inches.
This IP camera is IP67 rated. That means that it is 100% protected from dust and water intrusion. It can safely be installed outdoors in areas that get very wet. They can also be installed in cold climates and along ocean coasts where there is salt water.
The camera's housing is made with corrosion-proof alloy aluminum and stainless steel mounting screws are included for installation. CCTV Camera Pros highly recommends IP67 security cameras for outdoor installations. You can learn more about

Junction Box Mount Option
The
VT-J301 security camera junction box is an optional installation mount for the 4K-BL9. There is a bottom and side cable inlet and the cable leads from your camera can neatly be concealed inside this weatherproof enclosure. When the bottom inlet is used, the inlet plug can be moved to the size inlet. This junction box can be used for ceiling or wall mount installations.
Watch this video to see how easy installation is with the camera's tri-axis ball and socket joint style mount. Simply loosen the set ring at the base of the camera to point the camera lens in any direction. When you are done adjusting the angle, tighten the set ring. The camera is very sturdy and the set position will not move.

This is a hybrid BNC security camera which means that it supports multiple video formats. Installers can easily select the video mode using the small button that is attached to the camera's video cable. Simply press and hold the the button for 5 seconds to switch to the next video mode. Repeat until you reach the video mode that you require.

The following images were captured with a 4K-BL9 camera recording to an

This image was captured in CCTV Camera Pros tech room with all of the lights on in the room. The camera is mounted in the corner of the room close to the ceiling. You can see how the 3.6mm lens provides a wide angle view of this entire room.
IR Night Vision Mode
All of the lights were turned off in the room when we captured this image to demonstrate the IR night vision surveillance capability of the 4K-BL9. All of the computer monitors and TVs in the room were also turned off so that there is zero light in the room.

In our testing, we connected our 4K-BL9 camera to an
Viewtron hybrid security camera DVR. In addition to providing a recording platform, the iDVR-PRO lets users log in from remotely over the Internet to view the camera live. The below images were captured while viewing the camera while using the Viewtron remote security camera viewer app for iPhone.

Android Mobile App Viewing
These images were captured while using the
Viewtron remote security camera viewer app for Android. The camera is still connected to the iDVR-PRO at our office and we are accessing the DVR using WIFI on our demo network. This works the same as viewing the camera from remotely over the Internet.
