The Geovision GV-FER12700 is an indoor / outdoor fisheye network IP camera featuring a
12 megapixel,
1.83mm fixed Fisheye lens paired with a 1/1.7" progressive scan CMOS sensor. The Geovision GV-FER12700 features a recording resolution of
4000 x 3000 at up to 15 FPS (frames per second), providing exceptional recording quality.
The Fisheye style lens allows user to view a full 360° at all times using a single camera. In addition to a 360° view, users can choose to have a dual 180° degree view, single view and quad view (
Viewing Modes). This camera does exceptionally well in low light environments with a color lux rating of
0.1 lux and a B/W lux rating of
0.05 lux.
For use in no light environments, the GV-FER12700 has
built in Infrared LEDs with an effective range of 30 meters / 98 feet, enabling around the clock security. The
IP67 / IK10 Rated Weatherproof Enclosure protects the vital components of the camera from harsh weather, dust, humidity and acts of vandalism.

Built-in Speaker and Microphone provide two way audio and further enhance the level of security. The GV-FER12700 can be powered by
12V-DC or POE (POE
802.3AT). Local recording is made possible by using the built-in
Micro SD / SDHC card slot (supports class 6 and above cards).
GV‐FER12700 supports H.265 video codec to achieve better compression ratio while maintaining high video quality at reduced network bandwidths. Equipped with automatic IR‐cut filter and IR LEDs, GV‐FER12700 is capable of day and night surveillance. Without installing any software, you can watch live view and utilize functions such as video recording, privacy mask and alert notification through the Web interface.
